Stays simple.

What we don't do
No accounts. No email signup. No calendar OAuth. No advertising networks. We never sell, rent, or share data with marketing partners. The single piece of third-party telemetry we do run is Google Analytics, disclosed below with a one-click opt-out.
Google Analytics
We run Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID is public — visible in the page source). GA sees the URL of the page you visit, the referrer, your country/region (derived from IP, IP not stored by us), your browser and OS, and basic engagement signals (clicks, time on page). It sets a few cookies (mostly _ga and _ga_*) under the intltime.com origin.
We use this strictly to see which pages people find useful and where flows break — not to build advertising profiles or re-target. Google's own data handling is governed by their privacy policy.
To opt out for this browser, visit /analytics-opt-out — the toggle sets a localStorage flag that stops the GA script from loading on subsequent page visits. Per-browser, per-device; clearing your site data resets it.
What lives in your browser
The planner stores your participant list in localStorage so it reloads the same cities on your next visit. The current meeting time + duration live in the URL bar, not in storage. Clearing your browser data wipes both.
What we store on our servers
Two narrow things, in Cloudflare:
- Shared plans. When you click Share, we save the plan to Cloudflare KV under an 8-character random hash (e.g.
/p/LfyJAE7a). The stored blob contains the city IDs, the meeting time, the duration, and (if you set them) a title and notes. We don't store IP addresses, names, or emails alongside it. The hash expires after 1 year of no updates. - Rate-limit counters. Short-lived counters (60-second bucket) keyed on your Cloudflare-detected IP, used only to throttle the AI prompt bar and the save endpoint. Auto-expire within 2 minutes.
The AI prompt
When you use the natural-language prompt, the text you type is forwarded to OpenRouter and routed to the configured model (Llama, GPT-OSS, or Gemma on the free tier). We don't store the prompt or the response on our side. OpenRouter's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy.
Server logs
Cloudflare retains operational logs (request paths, status codes, response times) for routine performance and abuse detection. We don't connect these logs to your shared plans or use them for any user-facing feature.
Cookies
We don't set tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a small security cookie for its bot/DDoS protection layer; you can clear it at any time.
Deleting a shared plan
The site doesn't expose a delete button (intentionally minimal surface). If you posted a plan you want removed before its 1-year TTL, email hello@intltime.com with the /p/<hash>URL and we'll remove it.
Children
intltime isn't targeted at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone.
Changes
If we update this policy in a material way, we'll bump the date at the top. Questions: /feedback.
